Going to tonight's coding session at CrashSpace in Culver City. I need help rooting my old smartphone so I can turn it into a test subject for geeky ideas. Paying off the older of my two credit cards. This old credit card was originally my Sears card before it was a Mastercard. I paid off my last car note in September of last year (three months ahead of time) and have upped my paydown. Our apartment is surprisingly cheap, so my wife and I are using the difference from market rates to slam down our respective pre-marriage debts. We now have a better rate and air mile buildup on a nicer card (15% APR instead of 25%). As soon as I've paid off the old card in roughly six weeks, I can redirect that monthly outlay on the new card and putting more into savings. Conceiving successfully. (Shhh!)
