I have only ever had one or two lucid dreams and it was back in my early teen years when I was a part of the drug crowd. I haven't had a lucid dream in some 12 years so there is little lost in my ability, or lack thereof, to have lucid dreams. The other post says something about other chemical changes in the brain but lists none of them and privides no external link with information. I may need to do some additional research but as it stands it sounds good to me.
