My brother is a huge proponent of this type of "training". He went from slightly awkward to social butterfly. He is pretty darn good with the ladies now too. -he has no fear.

Just an FYI rinkjustice: We have a bit of a tradition here where the story doesn't necessary represent the person that posted it. Sometimes folk post something just because they'd like to see what other people think of it. Not that this is the case here, but critiques of the article aren't necessarily critiques of the poster.

I should say that I do believe in what I post. Rejection Therapy has changed my life for the better, and like the previous poster said, my experimentations in rejection were transformational.
