What?! I knew people bought artificial Christmas trees, but never to this extent. We always had a real tree growing up, and I think I've only met a few folks who own an artificial one (though I am in Canada). Those second-most-popular-colours-beind-green are just insane to me.

I have so many questions for these people. Why would you spend so much money? Don't your cats eat them more? Where do you store it? How else are you able to enjoy the satisfaction of vacuuming up needles? Do you need to buy candles that make your house smell like a Christmas tree?

Even worse... How many of you keep the ornaments and decorations on them for next year?!

I'm surprised the number isn't higher honestly.

Why would you spend so much money?

It's cheaper in the long run. They really don't cost that much.

Don't your cats eat them more?

I doubt it. They seem more interested in the decorations than the tree itself.

    Where do you store it?

Garage or attic. The limbs fold up to make it more compact, but if you live in a condo you probably won't have room.

How else are you able to enjoy the satisfaction of vacuuming up needles?

That sounds like a negative.

Do you need to buy candles that make your house smell like a Christmas tree?

The lack of smell is probably the biggest downside.

How many of you keep the ornaments and decorations on them for next year?!

I don't know of anyone who does this. (some of them have built-in lights though)

I can't be the only one that finds vacuuming pine needles deeply satisfying!
