"Eventually, the technology might be used to eavesdrop on the minds of people who are blind or who cannot communicate verbally, such as stroke victims, coma patients and people with neurodegenerative diseases." -This would be fascinating, imagine getting to see what the mind of a blind person perceives the world as. Then imagine correcting them until we can help steer them towards a more apt representation.

Very cool technology! It would be interesting to see the video they mention, the skeptic in me is afraid the screenshots might be the product of cherry picking :(
