I never much thought about the power of a name and the "baggage" that it carries until I decided to become a father. Names are important and I do believe they can help shape someones path.But a third group is shared almost equally by men and women—like Kerry and Jody—
I've never met a man named Jody. Have you?

I have a good friend named Jody. Incidentally, a guy I know from high school who serves as an MP tells me that "Jody" is that faceless dude boning army wives while they're on deployment. I have no idea why they chose that name, but I understand that "Jody" has existed for quite a while.
