Once again, John Kerry heads to the Middle East. In just the brief time since his last trip, we have seen still more evidence of the futility of his efforts. At what point does Kerry’s behavior become the very definition of insanity?
I tagged this as #askhubski because I think After reading this I began to think about my own family. For years my fathers family has had a property in Brighton Michigan that is absolutely gorgeous, we call it the Stone House. I was raised there, as was my father. My grandfather bought the property after coming to the US. It means a great deal to our entire family. Recently my grandfather sold the property so that he and my grandmother could move in to town, closer to my parents and be well positioned for retirement closer to society/family. The Stone House is out in the country. Our hearts were broken at the loss of our property, our memories, but so long as we were together we were alright. Now, if I had been raised to think that the property itself held some sort of spiritual affiliation, that it was a chosen land for a chosen family, I may have put up a huge protest. But we weren't raised that way, because my family isn't insane. This whole thing stems from insanity on both sides. Delusional thinking. At what point does Kerry’s behavior become the very definition of insanity?
this is a good question. I think it stems beyond "Kerry" and to any nation attempting to stuart the attempt at any sort of reconciliation.
