What a sad, sad man Governor Perry is. Costing the state hundreds of millions of dollars just so that there's a smaller chance of a woman being able to get an abortion? I'm sure this will please a lot his constituents though, so at least he has that going. I'm looking forward to the point in time when the Hispanic population and Democratic populations of the major cities such as Austin are enough to prevent things like this from happening.
