there’s a massive and lengthy “yes, and” response to this but im too tired and lazy to type it out

our product costs less than $3 each and we haven’t raised prices this year

i can recommend a few radio stations if you’re looking for that sort of that. heck maybe we can even get a bluesreviews of them.

we reduced sales volume for the year by 7% because of consumer spending in the US and because of Canadian impact due to tariffs and political situation

meanwhile it’ll be harder (maybe not possible?) to get a covid-vaccine later this year? and the budget proposal is fucked

if there’s not a big democratic sweep in midterms we are fucked as a country

maybe the west coast can band together again like last time - definitely feeling more and more like WA should hold federal taxation and use it to fix our own shit at this point

glad y’all took that seriously and hope you have a quick recovery with minimal lasting consequences. that sounds scary in the moment and i don’t know how the majority of people who don’t live in a city with a major, major healthcare network like we do manage these things. id imagine they don’t.

that was an amazing read

graza sucks and is just marketing hype, it’s like the liquid death of olive oil and seeing it get tangentially shit on made me happy

ButterflyEffect  ·  40 days ago  ·  link  ·    ·  parent  ·  post: An Obituary for Millennial Culture

this was a fun game, which of these have people i know partook in recently (let's say this year), or are things i know people still like...all the bold ones.

Today, these proverbial junk piles contain more than just scooters, but also IPAs, escape rooms, listicles, smash burgers, Garden State, MySpace, brunch, @shitmydadsays, tight jeans, sans serif fonts, life hacks, axe throwing bars, Williamsburg, speakeasies, Urban Outfitters, electroclash, fast casual bowls, food trucks, food delivery apps, ridesharing apps, laundry apps—apps for every conceivable action—and even 44th US President Barack Obama himself.

not really sure what the point of the article was? but i am pretty culturally removed from...most things...that the author was discussing.

being "encouraged" to apply to a conservation cohort comprised of members of some of the larger outdoor recreation nonprofits across the united states

on paper it looks like a great opportunity and a good way to get connected with people who love climbing, running, surfing, kayaking, etc., all across the country, who are deeply involved with their organization(s), and who want to get involved with public advocacy and policy making as it relates to public lands conservation and outdoor recreation

kickoff retreat in colorado for a few days and then a full week in dc later this year if i were to get in

now you’ve got me wondering: is it the algorithm driving people to those discords over time or is it the traceability of the internet making it easier to identify those who would have gone unnoticed 20-30 or more years ago

i think either way: give me more regulation of the pornhub, YouTube, hell even Spotify. especially Facebook. all the algorithms.

imo it can be both. there’s fault in the persons and there’s fault in the algorithms. to me, this a companion piece to a different article i shared about YouTube from a while back.
