Text surrounded by asterisks (*) is italicized.

Text surrounded by plus signs (+) is bolded.

Text surrounded by vertical bars (|) is quoted. If you double-click a paragraph, it will be quoted.

Text surrounded by tildes (~) is blocked out.

oh my god i can never remember his name. if you ever end up in new york, make sure you visit the Frick Collection. im not going to explain why, just take my word for it.
