It boggles the mind that this is not the best case scenario. They are landing a giant piece of metal on a platform floating on the ocean. How the hell is it supposed to land without tipping the boat over. Jesus.

I don't think the boat tipped over, just the rocket. Barges are incredibly stable boats, as they're both wide and long.

I'd be surprised if they aren't met with success in three more tries or less.
