Seems like several commentators hate this kind of puzzle. I like them. Someone showed me this variation last week:

Set in symbols one the left side of the equals sign to make equations which equal six:

0 0 0 = 6

1 1 1 = 6

2 2 2 = 6

3 3 3 = 6

4 4 4 = 6

5 5 5 = 6

6 6 6 = 6

7 7 7 = 6

8 8 8 = 6

9 9 9 = 6

I found the 8s most difficult.
