I've always had problems sleeping. Thankfully, I am able to read even when exhausted. Some people sit in bed with the TV on when they can't sleep, with me it's a book. I do crave junk food when I'm sleep deprived but maybe not as much as the people that watch TV and have fast food advertisements to influence them.
