That was great. He dropped D and then tuned back so quickly...same thing with grabbing that slide. Guy is sweet.

He did a great job. What's more, I really like his take on the history of Rock and Roll. There really aren't any in there that made me go "Oh, come on"! At least not from a "riff" standpoint. There may be some that should be in there that weren't but you can't please everyone. Nice selection imo.

agreed. i heard him on npr the other day talking about making that video. he said his favorite transition is from Lynyrd Skynyrd Sweet Home Alabama to Aerosmith's Walk this Way. One riff I would have loved to hear. One of the best licks ever.
