The only LCD Soundsystem song I've ever heard is "Daft Punk is Playing at My House", which I didn't like. Are they just not for me, or are there other songs I should try? I loved James Murphy's work on the last Arcade Fire album.
Am I the only one bummed that they're getting back together? I mean, they clearly stated they were disbanding because they wanted to go out on top of their game, and they did just that. They even threw a wonderful last show. Their legacy as one of the best 00's acts seemed to be perfect and set in stone. It was exciting to know at least one act had the balls to call it quits when they (supposedly) knew it was time. Maybe it's because I was never more than a casual fan. But then again, they haven't been out of the game that long, and they have a flawless track record, and a killer live show to boot. If any band can come back even stronger in their second act, it's LCD.
There's still a chance for me to see All My Friends performed live. 2016 is off to an amazing start.
