Hi Hubski, I'm nearly finished polishing an online word game that I'd love to get some feedback on. It's like Wordle but the goal is to avoid making the daily word. There's a surprising amount of thinking and strategy in each round.
This started as a conversation with mk and steve earlier this year, and they've been awesome play testing. Thank you guys!

Thanks! mk had the initial idea after steve and mk and I were sharing wordle rounds and I got this one: Wordle 1,208 4/6 β¬β¬β¬β¬π© π©β¬β¬β¬π© π©π©β¬β¬π© π©π©π©π©π© WordleBot Skill 85/99 Luck 57/99 No yellows today! and mk got this one: Wordle 1,208 6/6 β¬β¬β¬β¬β¬ β¬β¬β¬β¬β¬ π©π©β¬β¬π© π©π©β¬β¬π© π©π©β¬β¬π© π©π©π©π©π© no yellow here either! We all play hard mode, and sometimes you get these long runs where you are just changing a letter or two. mk suggested making a version where you try to make as many words as you can without repeating letters in a position, and the next week I had some free time so I made a standalone app that was very rugged but it worked. It was so much fun! We experimented with rules, and then it sat there for a while until mk prodded me again and suggested making an online version, which I had never done before. I've learned a ton!
